All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes arising from or in connection with these legal terms will primarily be settled amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction.

Consumers may refer unresolved issues to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) or use the EU ODR platform. For business-to-business disputes, normal commercial courts apply.

Parties may agree to mediation before court proceedings. Mediation services are available in Prague and nationwide; costs and procedures depend on the chosen provider.
